Focus on yourself this year, in all the best ways. It isn't selfishness, though some may think so. Respect your health, mental and physical, and meet your personal needs in all menial things, from the day job to keeping your home a bit tidier. Family and friends may distract you in August or September. Be sweet but firm. If in January and March you need to say no more often, you can do so with such charm that others will then ask if and how they can help. Be gracious and all will remain serene.
