1. Journal Your Dreams
When you sleep, you venture into an altered state of existence. Over the course of the average lifetime, this adds up to twenty-six years worth of experiences. Sure, sometimes dreams are just dreams. But sometimes, they’re more. By keeping a dream journal, you’ll able to decipher which dreams include messages and which ones don’t. As you write each morning, don’t worry about quality, length, or remembering every tiny detail. Just write, and the messages will come through once you find a trend.
2. Meditate, Meditate, Meditate
You don’t have to sit on a cushion to meditate. Meditate while doing the dishes, riding the subway, waiting in line, showering. Any mundane moment can turn into something magical. By fully expressing yourself this way first thing in the morning, you set the tone for the rest of the day—ready to accept the good things!
8. Pull a Card
