Sweet, juicy peaches are associated with Taurus. Besides all of the usual scrumptious standbys of cobbler, pie, and slices over ice cream, you can use these blushing beauties to make a new twist on an old standard - lemonade.
Puree two cups of peeled peach chunks and two cups lemonade. Chill the mixture until cold, about two hours.
Next, divide 3/4 cup pomegranate juice evenly among eight tall glasses. Fill each glass with several ice cubes. Add the peach mixture and chilled club soda. Garnish each glass with fresh peach slices. Yum!
