Everyone knows that limitations and rudeness are deal breakers. What people may not realize is that you want to be taken seriously. You have a vast font of knowledge (you've spent a lifetime accumulating it, after all!) and you're happiest when sharing it.
But you hate when someone makes fun of your words, ignores your advice (especially when they asked for it in the first place!), or argues with your point. Those are nonstarters. Oh, and failing to laugh at your jokes!
