Aquarius needs a few unique things in order to be happy at work. First, they need to be independent, and can't function at their highest levels if someone's looking over their shoulder all the time. You just find it distracting and annoying.Second most important, they like a varied work experience and fast-paced and progressive environment where it is encouraged to treat everyone the same, from the CEO to the mailman.
Third, you need to feel that you have the respect of your boss and co-workers. Though you can work as part of a team, and don't always need to be the boss, your ideas need to be at least considered if you're going to do your best work. From there, you're good to go!
