• I accept what I cannot change.
• Today, I will breathe deeply and go slowly.
• I will be patient and remain positive while working hard to pursue my goals.
• Just because it may not last forever, doesn’t mean it isn’t worth it.
• Sometimes things must change so I can change.
• I don’t know what the future will bring, so instead of worrying about tomorrow, I will make the most of today.
