Have you heard of body detoxifying cleanses? Well, it's not the only type of cleanse there is. Emotional cleanses do exist and they are in. Holding on to negative feelings will only hurt you. Here's how to deal with them:
• If you feel anger towards someone, try cleaning the air with that person. When you approach them, express your feelings in a non-negative way and without playing victim.
• If you are jealous of someone because they have a better life or have something or someone you want, try being nice to them. Turn this feeling around by giving them compliments or expressing your admiration.
• If you regret something you did to someone, close the door on that feeling by asking for that person's forgiveness. If you regret something you didn't do, it's never too late to go ahead and do it!
