• Say yes to: A varied diet. Leos like to go big, and a diet with no carbohydrates at all won't last. My secret is eating them in the morning as breakfast to burn them throughout the day; for lunch and dinner, stick to grilled meat and veggies or one big salad.
• Say no to: Rich and fried food and processed sugar. When you want something sweet, eat oranges, strawberries, apples and kiwi. Sun-kissed almonds are also a healthy snack that will fill you up and energize you.
• Exercise tip: Find a good balance between work, play and exercise. Leo rules the heart, so any heart strengthening exercises and cardio are great for us!
