But, the secret lies in not needing relationships too much, or making them such a focus that other parts of your life start to falter. You don't want to let friendships lag, or allow your work to suffer.
Make at least a little time most days for your love, friends, family, work and personal aims, and you'll feel much more integrated and whole.
