You're an awesome leader. But what if you could be even better, and it wouldn't even take much time or effort (maybe none at all!)? Thought you'd want to know...Let others take the lead. Put someone else in charge. It will make them feel good about themselves and liked by you, and management will like to see you giving away some control. Just make sure this person can truly apply themselves to the task!
Act more impulsively. Not recklessly or carelessly. There's a big difference between thinking off the cuff and being more business-aggressive and putting something important in dangerous territory.
Accept those social invites. It's OK to mix business with a little pleasure. Just make sure not to gab or drink too much. Just making an appearance and showing interest in others' non-work lives could win you major kudos, or at least a few comrades once you're back in the office trenches.
