If you like, a visit to a gem shop can bring you beautiful crystals and stones that help as a talisman in your home or on your body. Holding a piece of hematite can ward off headaches and excessive energy from a stressful day. A piece of rose quartz can invite love. Tiger’s eye can ward off the evil eye.
While spiritual remedies are no longer the only way that humans address their problems, they can still be an important part of the healing process. Just as you cannot separate your body from your mind, your spirit is also inextricably bound to your sense of self, and your health as a whole.
