You're an eternal optimist, but that doesn't mean you don't feel down now and then. Here are a few ways to revive your spirits in a flash.

- Put on comfortable clothes and go for a hike.
- Dance around the house to some (loud) classic rock.
- List 50 things that make you happy. (You'll feel better before you get to 50!)
- Call a couple friends and go out.
- Do something creative, like paint or cook.
- Do something nice for someone else. You'll forget your own troubles.
- Let it all out with a good cry. Then get up and carry on!
