The best diet for us intellectual Geminis is... the MIND diet (Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay). It protects your brain functions, aka memory, while helping you have the hottest body possible. I started this diet after Christmas and so far I have lost 6 lbs!
