Here are foods every Taurus should include in their daily meals...
• Because we can have larger frames, limiting calories is important, but even more important is eating mostly/all whole, unprocessed foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
• Our bones need extra support, so make sure you get enough calcium. Milk (any kind, even non-dairy soy and nut milks are fortified with calcium), yogurt, and orange juice are good choices. Add a supplement if you don't like these foods.
• Combine one of your natural talents, gardening, with your meal prep by growing some of your own food. Dark leafy greens, carrots, tomatoes, herbs, and peas can be grown in most climates during mild months.
• Don't deprive yourself of your indulgent treats like chocolate. But, have a very small portion of high quality treats, like a couple squares of dark chocolate or one fancy cupcake on occasion. One glass of nice wine a few times a week is permissible, too!
