There is something you do some 14,000 and 25,000 times a day that you don't even think about. Breathing! It's surprisingly complex, and chances are you're doing it wrong (hard for Virgo to believe!)
Most people take shallow breaths that fill only the upper part of the lungs. But deep breaths through your nose that you exhale quickly and forcefully can increase energy and clear the mind, and what Virgo wouldn't want that?
Try taking a one- or two-minute deep-breathing break several times a day and see if you don't feel better!
