First and most important, don't be late for your date! Capricorns value punctuality and organization, so if you don't have that together, you probably will make a bad first impression.Second, be respectful and don't be disagreeable. You can have your own opinions and Goats love to be challenged, but only when it's stimulating, not belittling them.
Third, don't be arrogant. It's great to show self-confidence, be decisive, and have a sharp wit, but if you come across as holier-than-thou or just plain rude (expecting to be given special treatment, bragging about your life, ordering the fanciest menu items at dinner and then not at least chipping in), your Goat will be gone in a flash!
