You made mutual friends while you were together. But unless you had independent, solid friendships with some of them, they are off limits. They go with the relationship... and are gone in its demise. Don’t try to pull your ex’s friends over to your side.
Brainwashing. Surely, you won over some of your exes friends AND family. But they aren’t yours anymore, and if you try to make them choose your side, you’re being selfish and unfair... things you can’t respect, either. Let your ex go, and their loved ones, too.
