Eclipse season is almost at its grand finale. On August 27 and 28, the Moon slips into Earth’s shadow and turns that spooky, impossible-looking shade of red that gives a total lunar eclipse its “Blood Moon” nickname. Like, literally red.

Eclipses always arrive in pairs, which means the feral, fated little portal we’ve been stumbling through is finally about to close — and we won’t do this again until February 2027. Pay attention to what ends here, and what begins because of it.

Meanwhile, Venus and Saturn turn their faces away from each other until fall, and Mercury crawls back into the lap of the Sun just as Virgo season gets going. The Sun’s heat clears some of the static from our thoughts, words, and plans. Suddenly, your mind, mouth, and hands may feel like they’re on the same team again.

By Sunday, the energy gets quieter and heavier, giving you a chance to come back down to earth.

Your Zodiac Sign’s Weekly Horoscope

These horoscopes are written for your rising sign, though you can read for your sun sign as well!

Aries (March 21–April 19)

As the eclipse lights up your need for solitude and care for your body, this is a week to tend diligently to yourself. It’s not as sexy or exciting as you’d like, Aries, to make sure you’re eating well and sleeping enough. Still, tending to yourself will be gas in the tank for your busy life.

Meanwhile, pressure is building between your home and your partnerships, and it may feel like you have way too many obligations to handle. Don’t worry, Aries. You can multitask like a pro and honestly prefer being a little too busy to being bored. Just don’t forget your vitamins!

Taurus (April 20–May 20)

The eclipse is wrapping up a story for you, Taurus, about who you are and where you exist within a group. Take note of which communities, ideals, and dreams still have a hold on your heart. More importantly, how do your dreams support the growth of your most authentic self?

Be careful with impulsive retail therapy this week! After all, if something happens and you have to pay for it, you’ll feel a lot better if that piggy bank is still ready to go (and wasn’t spent on a fancy dinner date!).

Gemini (May 21–June 20)

Home and family are at the forefront for you this week. As Mercury meets with the Sun in Virgo, you are better equipped to solve any surprise problems or long-term issues you’ve been ignoring around the house or with a family member.

At the same time, the eclipse is finishing a story about your career. There’s been a big shake-up between these polarities of home and work, family and career, for you, Gemini. Take note of how the story is ending as you move into your next chapter.

Cancer (June 21–July 22)

As the week begins, Cancer, you may notice that your patience for other people’s inevitable frustrations is running thin. This is a week to practice your crash-out skills. Sometimes, the temper flare-up is worthwhile. However, this week will have its fair share of agitation, so you must ask yourself if the consequences of a crash out are worth it.

Meanwhile, the eclipse highlights your communication, curiosities, and ability to walk the talk of your philosophy. In this choose-your-own-adventure story, you get to write the conclusion.

Leo (July 23–August 22)

You deserve a break, noble Leo. This week is bound to feel draining, or worse, disappointing. Something you thought you wanted, once received, doesn’t feel like the win you were expecting. So, take good care of yourself as the week begins so you have a full tank of gas.

Rely on the wisdom of disaster preparedness, just in case everything goes sideways. Get the groceries delivered, have someone else do the laundry, and move with the soft assurance that anything that leaves you feeling disillusioned with life may reward you in unexpected ways in the future.

Virgo (August 23–September 22)

A lot has changed over the last 18 months, maybe in ways you couldn’t even imagine before. Letting go and changing so much is exhausting, isn’t it? The season finale of this story of change airs this week with the eclipse. Now, you are wrapping up loose ends and snipping ties that can no longer bind the new you.

As the Sun moves through your sign, Virgo, clarity begins with the purification of your mind and thought processes. By now, you probably have a better handle on what this story of change has wrought. With that in mind, take some time to honestly review all the wins and losses that have come your way. If you find yourself grieving the things that have transformed, take the time to really feel it.

Libra (September 23–October 22)

Venus, the planet in charge of Libra, has been glowing up your natural charm for the last few weeks. Even so, you might still feel like you are being haunted by negative thoughts, mean self-talk, or unexpected body problems instead of dazzling the world. Bring mindfulness and gentle self-compassion to the front of your care strategies.

If you find that you are being hard on yourself, ask, “Is this how I would talk to my best friend if they felt this way?” Meanwhile, your relationships have gone through tests of endurance and resilience over the last few weeks. Sometimes, things must naturally end, and that is okay. The relationships that are strong endure all storms.

Scorpio (October 23–November 21)

The skies are still lighting up your career this week, Scorpio. As your career and legacy continue to transform, you might notice feelings of dissatisfaction about the process. Still, there is mysterious wisdom in this dissatisfaction that you can’t see yet. The whole story will become clearer with time.

Toward the end of the week, make time to really let yourself feel good. You are naturally drawn to intense experiences. Carve out time to really live the good life with friends and lovers to remind you of your Why.

Sagittarius (November 22–December 21)

The eclipse midweek is the end of a long mythology about your legacy and where you come from, Sagittarius. Questions about where you come from, where you’re going, and everything that ties you to your roots have been in the skies for 18 months. Finally, the eclipse brings the last chapter of this quest for meaning.

Now, you are turning to deeper mysteries of faith, philosophy, and alignment. With your natural draw toward exploration, it’s time to set down the books, turn off the lectures, and walk the talk you’ve been talking.

Capricorn (December 22–January 19)

This is a week to lay low and not take anything too personally, Capricorn. After all, everyone is fighting battles we don’t know anything about. Focus on what you can control: your behavior, the care you take of your body, and your communication.

Toward the end of the week, Venus will have more power to bless you with ease and connection, especially in your career. Sometimes, life can be quiet and easy if we let it.

Aquarius (January 20–February 18)

After a very powerful New Moon eclipse two weeks ago, you get a week to really process what has happened and what is still unfolding. The energy has been really intense lately, and you might be feeling overwhelmed, Aquarius. For now, it’s a good week to feel your feelings in whatever quiet way feels safe for you.

You may find solace in philosophy, faith, and exploring the world of theory. At the same time, you may have been having a hard time finding the words to explain exactly what’s been going on inside you. Connect to teachers, writers, thinkers, and speakers who align with your philosophies to renew your heart.

Pisces (February 19–March 20)

The person you were 18 months ago is not the person you are this week, Pisces. All that change and rapid growth has brought you to the end of this chapter of your life. Meanwhile, your relationships and partnerships come into blazingly clear focus as the Sun and Mercury meet up.

Take stock and take note of the weird synchronicities or coincidences that pop up — these are the final clues of your metamorphosis. Ultimately, the legendary tale of your life is magical, mystical, and inspiring, if you can find the story.
