Capricorns often end up in managerial, if not top boss, roles because of their work ethic... but how are our leadership skills, really? Pretty darn great!
- We work the hardest, unlike Geminis, who give up easily.
- We can make light of grim circumstances, unlike Pisces, who are too sensitive to handle tough realities.
- We take responsibility for our actions, so if we mess up, we fix it. Nothing like careless Sagittarius, who just abandons their mess.
- We have good self-control, so we can put others’ needs ahead of our own, unlike Cancers, who prefer their inner circle and give them special treatment.
- We can smell a fake, a danger, or a potential problem from miles away, unlike Libras, who will are overly trusting.
