Rev up: 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder, 3/4 cup coconut water, handful of spinach, juice of half a fresh lemon, 1 tsp chia seeds.
Relaxation: 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter (almond is my favorite), one small banana, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, ½ cup milk (non-dairy is best – try almond milk), ½ cup ice, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
