Horse babies are often larger than average and are likely to be crawling and walking earlier, too. The Horse is a determined, solid-minded little individual and will learn quickly that rewards come mainly from a lot of hard work.

Don't be fooled, though; like as any fine thoroughbred, the Horse infant does not handle frustration and can be high-strung. You may think that it's reasonable to stop playing his or her nursery rhyme CD after four hours on repeat, but if Horse wants it, then prepare for some high-level tantrums!

Horses are witty and charming, and by the time they start school, they will already have a good line in simple jokes. It's hard to feel down with a playful Horse around.
