You need somewhere to direct all that excess energy. Why not try something you've never done before? Get down and dirty (literally) by training for a mud run or obstacle course.
These workouts will make you physically stronger, while the act of facing any fears (heights? getting filthy? pull-ups?) will strengthen your emotional muscle.
Or try a triathlon. A little friendly rivalry can engage your active mind. You can start with a mini and work your way up. Just the locales of the races (Hawaii, anyone?) will be inspiring.
You can even help raise money for a good cause while you sweat. Look online for organizations that sponsor races and offer training help!
