Better health for Libras is easy... simply replace that sugary latte, heavy breakfast, or junk food snack with one of these tasty blended beverages.

Refresh: ¼ cup chopped cucumber, ¼ cup chopped celery, 1 cup coconut water, 1 fresh mint leaf, juice of ½ lime, pinch of sea salt.
Rev up: 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder, 3/4 cup coconut water, handful of spinach, juice of half a fresh lemon, 1 tsp chia seeds.
Relaxation: 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter (almond is my favorite), one small banana, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, ½ cup milk (non-dairy is best – try almond milk), ½ cup ice, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
