This year, it’s time to get real. Your resolutions are usually a bit of a snoozefest. A diet? Get a new job? Travel more? Please. Think outside the box and try one of these (or all three)!
1. Random acts of kindness. Do at least one unexpected, random gesture that has no point but to help someone else every week. Just once a week, it’s not that hard! It could make a very major difference in someone’s day, month, life! 2. Learn how to cook 10 new things. This is a fun one that I am really excited about. I already learned one last weekend... coq au vin. Sooooo delicious. So, I encourage you to find 10 recipes – either things you love to get at restaurants but have never made, or dishes that look good in a magazine, or whatever that TV chef whips up to win a competition. It’s fun and doesn’t need to cost much. 3. Purge your closet of anything you no longer need. This means at least 10 items of clothing you haven’t worn in years. I know you have those lurking in the back somewhere!
