The key areas you must protect from injury, Capricorn!

Though you may be hard-headed, other areas of a Capricorn's body are quite sensitive. Pay special attention to these body parts, which is prone to health problems, injury, and pain.

Knees: Your knees need constant care and protection. Where knee pads when engaged in sports that you'll use your knees or be running. Get up and stretch so you're not sedentary. Sit with good posture and feet planted firmly on the ground. And easiest tip: wear comfortable shoes with good support on all parts of the foot.

Bones: Your bones are sometimes weak, especially in the legs. Take it easy when playing sports, watch where you walk so you don't trip, and avoid any activities that bang your body around too much.

Joints: Yoga or regular walking out in nature, stretching, and Epsom salt baths will help loosen and ease pain in the joints.

Head: Tension headaches can put a hardworking Cap out of commission. Drink lots of water as you work.
