He won a basketball scholarship to North Carolina University. Michael left college early to enter the National Basketball Association draft. He was chosen by the Chicago Bulls in 1984. Once on the team, he immediately made a name for himself. He was selected as Rookie of the Year! His brand name of sneakers, Air Jordan, earns him millions of dollars annually. After years as a basketball legend, Michael retired in 1993. In 1994 he tried out for baseball, his first sports love as a child. Aquarians follow their bliss, no matter where it takes them.
